HOW DO I INITIATE A RETURN/ EXCHANGE?

 

We accept returns for store credit only up to 7 days from the date the tracking number states your package was delivered. We do not issue refunds for returns, only store credit.

Please note that the customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please ensure all items that will be returned, follow our eligible guidelines, listed below.


WHAT ARE THE ELIGIBLE GUIDELINES?

 

  • Lucky Girl Vintage and Lost Angeles University Vintage items are ALL final sale. Chronic Sunshine LLC has no affiliation with Lost Angeles University and/ or any brand we carry instores and online.
  • Items using discount promo codes, clearance and sale items are final sale— no exceptions. Bodysuits, bathing suits, shoes, accessories, and white items are ALL final sale.
  • Please be aware that the items returned must have original tags, original packaging, contain no stains, must be odor-free and be in their original condition. We will accept returns for exchange only if the item(s) is eligible to be resold. 


WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I MAIL MY RETURN?

We will email you as soon as we receive your package. Please note that the customer is responsible to pay for ALL shipping fees including the cost to ship the exchange item. Shipping fees are not refundable. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY STORE CREDIT?

As soon as we receive your return, we will email your store credit code to you. Please allow 5-10 business days for return processing.  


MY PACKAGE WAS LOST/ DAMAGED?

 

  • We are happy to replace items that aren't marked as delivered however once a package is scanned as delivered we are no longer responsible for the package. If your package is missing please confirm that the shipping address that you entered when you placed your order is correct. Chronic Sunshine is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is lost in transit, we suggest contacting your local USPS to help locate your package.
  • If your item arrives damaged, you must email us within 24 hours of receiving the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately. You have 7 days from the initial inquiry for us to receive and review your package.


WHAT ABOUT INSTORE RETURNS?

We accept returns for store credit only up to 7 days from the original date purchased. Store credit issued must be used same day of exchange. Item(s) must follow our eligible guidelines.


ADDITIONAL RETURN GUIDELINES:

 

  • Chronic Sunshine has the right to decide whether an item has or has not been used, worn, washed, or damaged. Items with stains such as makeup, deodorant, perfume, or similar stains will be subject to refusal.
  • Any return credit codes/ store credit used on future orders will be FINAL SALE.
  • Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
